Shipping policy
Kilohana Lighting’s primary focus is to ship within the state of Hawaii with the best shipping rates available. You don’t have to add your items to an order, enter your shipping address to only find out “free shipping” only applies to the 48 contiguous states. We’re upfront about anything related to shipping and we’re happy to say we do ship to the non-contiguous states.
Shipping Options
Free interisland shipping with a minimum purchase of $500. If expedited shipping is required, please contact us at 808-245-6900 for shipping options/rates.
International Shipping
At this time, Kilohana Lighting cannot ship products outside the United States.
Accepting a shipment
Before accepting a delivery, you are required to inspect each and every box for damaged or missing items. By accepting delivery of a shipment, you acknowledge that the item(s) were received in 100% usable condition and that you have received every item listed on the packaging slip. If you are not required to sign for a shipment. If you receive damaged goods, please contact Kilohana Lighting immediately to report the damage.
Disclaimer
Orders for certain large items may be subject to freight charges. Kilohana Lighting will notify you of any cost before a product is shipped via freight.
Shipping fees resulting from additional services, such as indoor delivery or package rerouting, are not covered under Kilohana’s shipping policy.
Kilohana ships with no signature required. If you require signature service, please place your order with a sales representative. Signature service is not included in our default shipping service and Kilohana Lighting cannot be liable for items lost in shipment.
In stock on hand items ship within 48 hours.
Non stock items should ship within six to eight weeks of your order and many products will ship sooner.
If a product is back ordered and has a lead time exceeding 60 days, Kilohana Lighting will notify you and provide you with 24 hours to cancel the order free of charge.
