This allows Soraa to offer accurate rendering of the full visible spectrum and point source optics. Amy’s presentation will briefly explain the difference behind this technology. You will learn the importance of color quality in LED lighting and how to evaluate color quality in LED lamps beyond Color Rendering Index (CRI). Amy will demonstrate how good color quality and single point source optics can help enhance your decorative elements.
LED Workshop Description / Overview:
What is color accuracy? No matter the environment, lighting can affect the colors and whites we see in various environments. And unfortunately, poor lighting from inferior LEDs can rob us of the true colors that surround us. Sophisticated eyes understand that quality lighting can render colors and whites in an accurate way–enhancing the perception of value in the environments in which we live. Beautiful lighting creates compelling and dramatic experiences — rendering the true, accurate colors intended by the designer.
Simply put, it’s important for lighting to render the myriad of real colors found in our world. Like natural light, certain LED technologies render colors flawlessly because the color spectrum is complete, and color consistency is ensured. No more surprises–the colors you see are the colors you get.
